In 2019, the province launched a new Regional Pilot which is designed for entrepreneurs who propose to establish and actively manage new businesses in regional communities in British Columbia.

  • The Entrepreneur Immigration Stream of the BC Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) attracts experienced entrepreneurs who can support innovation and economic growth in the province, such as through the expansion of an existing business or establishment of a new business. Campbell River is one of the cities involved in the pilot program.
